ABILITY: VISIONS OF THE END — 0/40 Mana

Primary Effect:

Zilean throws a Time Bomb at the nearest enemy without an existing bomb.

The bomb:

• Deals magic damage every second

Execution Effect:

If the Time Bomb remains attached for 18 / 16 / 1 seconds, and Zilean is still alive:
